If an account holder is found to be a minor, their account will be closed immediately and all remaining balance will be considered void.

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
A bonus is not cash — it is a benefit that applies subject to specific conditions. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
5.2 Other Promotions
Separate terms apply to bp's weekly and special promotions. The specific wagering requirements, validity period and minimum deposit amount stated with each offer must be followed. For example, the bp Weekly Reload Festival offers a 20% bonus up to ৳5,000 with a 15x wagering requirement.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If any fraudulent activity is carried out to obtain a bonus — such as creating multiple accounts, providing false information or coordinated betting — the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting Limits
bp sets minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game and betting market, which are displayed in the game interface. No bet outside these limits will be accepted.
6.2 Odds and Results
In sports betting, odds are variable and may be updated up until the match starts. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that time are final. Official sources are used to determine results.
6.3 Cancelled Matches
If a sporting event is cancelled or significantly postponed beyond its scheduled time, the related bets will be settled in accordance with bp's policy. In such cases, the original stake amount may be refunded.
6.4 Technical Errors
If a game is left incomplete due to a system or network error, bp will take necessary action at its discretion. Graphical errors or display issues do not change the game result — the server record is final.
6.5 Exploitation of Errors Prohibited
Taking advantage of any software bug, technical error or odds discrepancy is strictly prohibited. Any winnings found to result from such activity will be voided.
Account Suspension and Closure

bp may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions
- Providing false or misleading information
- Suspicion of fraud or manipulation
- Found to be a minor
- Operating multiple accounts
- Threatening or abusive behaviour
7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time. Before closing, you should complete any applicable withdrawals from your balance, as access to a closed account may be restricted afterwards.
